Building a culture of innovation is a science - the
science of making people aware of the importance of
discovery to the world around us. Here are some
organizations that are committed to promoting science
and technology. So that all of us, including our youth,
may embrace these important disciplines.

in the 1990s before OIT and the Canada Foundation for
Innovation funding arrived?
A Foundation for Innovation funding arrived? It was a
low-lying terrain with a small number of exceptional
spikes of excellence. But those spikes were very narrow
and very steep and not connected in any way.

ranks among the top three or four
universities in terms of research activity (both the
quality and the quantity). Only two universities in the
world (Harvard University and the University of Tokyo)
received higher publication scores than the University
of Toronto.
